Past Annual Meeting:
Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at the YTown Recreation Center located at 2525 E. Clark Rd., Ypsilanti, MI 48198. Check-in is at 5:00pm. Meeting starts promptly at 5:30pm.
If you are unable to attend, please fill out a proxy form and give it to a Board member or another co-owner who is attending or submit it directly to K/S Management.
Flushable Wipes: Even though they are marketed as safe to dispose of by flushing, they often cause plugged drains and have been a problem at Cliffs 2. Therefore, please dispose of personal wipes in the trash.
