                   No lifeguard on duty at any time.                 
                                                    Swim at your own risk.

>   Pool hours are 9 am. - 9 p.m., 7 days a week.

>   Pool to be used by Cliffs on the Point Phases II, III and Northpoint Residents and their guests only.

>  All swimmers must take a shower using warm water and soapsuds before entering the pool.  A second shower will be required if any lotions, oils, or creams are applied to the body before entering the pool.

>  All nonresidents and children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult resident  while in the pool or pool area.

>   Swimming suits only.

>   No running, diving, jumping, or rough play permitted in the swimming pool enclosure or clubhouse.

>   No glass containers permitted in the pool area. Food permitted in the clubhouse only.

>   No pets allowed in pool, pool area, or clubhouse.

>   Children in diapers must wear “little swimmers” in order to use the pool.

>   Radios, MP3 players, CD players, and televisions must be used with headphones or earplugs at all times.

>   The pool house is not available for reservation or parties allowed on holidays.

>   Rules can be enforced by any adult resident.

>  Pool users must not disturb others; no rowdy play or loud noise.
