It is important that you request maintenance to the Association common elements where you believe it is needed. In many cases you are the only person who may be aware of a problem. It is everyone's responsibility to observe and report maintenance concerns.
Maintenance requests are prioritized and service dates are scheduled by Select Management. Follow up with them if you have questions regarding the schedule, performance, or quality of the requested work. Please call our Community Association Manager (listed below) if you have issues after you have made the initial request.
